It’s still hot out, but summer is winding to a close. The kids are heading back to school and we are all starting to think about our 2016 checklists. It’s hard to believe the year is already half over!
Have you tackled your own education needs or set up the training your team needs to be successful?
It’s been a busy first half of the year for EKT Interactive. We launched our free Oil 101 learning community at the beginning of the year and now have over 3,000 members (read this great Oil 101 success story!). Additionally, our oil and gas podcast network brings topical content directly from our experts to you.
Oil 201 Coming Soon!
Input from our audience is shaping the development of our Oil 201 course. Training budgets are getting squeezed in this difficult environment, so we’re offering an alternative.
Oil 201 will drill deeper into each of the segments introduced in Oil 101. We’re getting close to a discounted early launch for our members, so stay tuned!
If you’re feeling the need to jumpstart your education this fall, our team is offering a couple of live training events that are open to the public.
This one-day downstream overview will be presented by EKT Interactive President Marty Stetzer at our offices in Houston. It is based on successful seminars we have hosted at oil companies such as GE Oil & GAs, ConocoPhillips, Shell and Chevron.
This course is presented by EKT Interactive Associate Terry Gardner as part of the SPE Deepwater Drilling and Completions Conference.
Back to School!
It’s been a great summer, but it’s time to get back to school! Whether live or online, investing in your oil and gas education is time well spent.
